I didn't start in tech I started with people - through psychology and the military. I learned how people think under pressure, how teams break down, and how systems either support or sabotage the people inside them.

When I transitioned into product design, I brought all of that with me. I've spent years watching brilliant business owners get stuck - not because they lacked vision, but because the feedback they needed wasn't being surfaced, or the team couldn't agree on direction, or the product was solving the wrong problem.

I'm naturally strategic, collaborative, and deeply invested in creating products - and working relationships - that make progress easier.
